Our Story

www.personalizedbysanta.com spawned from a long-time and on-going friendship between two families that grew up and remain in historic Olmsted Falls, Ohio. It’s a town with beautiful waterfalls, scenic parks, great sense of community, protective of its heritage and outstanding schools. It would be hard to find a more picturesque, small town at holiday time with its snowy beauty and “Norman Rockwell sensibilities.”

Two junior high students became fast friends and their families got to know each other increasingly over the years. With six children in one family and four in the other, and sharing the same fun-loving sense of humor, the families bound their experiences together. Continuing through today they attend each other’s weddings, celebrate births, enjoy the holidays and delight in day-to-day family moments together.  

In addition to relishing in the personal family moments together, an opportunity arose to combine several siblings’ business efforts together in www.personalizedbysanta.com. Now, we help other families and friends find memorable keepsakes to appreciate for years to come.
