What is the minimum purchase requirement for Free Shipping?
Presently, we are offering Free Shipping on all U.S. domestic orders. Canadian orders of $100 (USD) or more also qualify for free shipping. Other international locations require orders totaling $125 and up (USD).
What if all or some portion of my order arrives broken?
Personalizedbysanta.com takes every measure available to ensure that all products are carefully and securely picked, personalized, packed, and shipped. But in the event that an item arrives damaged we will send a replacement immediately at no extra cost to our customer.
How long will it take to receive an ornament?
All orders are shipped within 5 business days. Most orders are shipped using USPS First Class Service from U.S. zip code 44130, unless you are an international customer. US customers please visit https://www.usps.com/ for a time in transit estimate. For international (non-US) customers, unless you request and pay for expediting, the ship times can range from 7 to 14 days.
How much are shipping and handling charges?
These charges vary depending on the size of the order and the destination. Please see the “Shipping” section below for full details.
Do you have a mailing list?
We offer a few specials throughout the holiday season. Customers who choose to be included in our mailing list will receive exclusive email promotions offered only through our mailing list. All customer data is confidential.
Do you ship international?
We currently ship anywhere in the U.S., its territories, and APO. We also service our friends north of the border in Canada, as well as the UK, Australia, and most EU countries.
Can my order arrive gift-wrapped?
Our flat ornaments come with a handy, plastic, cute "PolarX" bag with a little polar bear on it. We do not do gift-wrapping per se. We can send you a photo of the ornament for you to sign off on before we ship it. We want you to be sure that your recipient will get exactly what you ordered.
Is my information secure?
We do our best to provide you with a safe and convenient shopping experience. We have in place certain physical, electronic, contractual, and managerial safeguards to protect the security and privacy of your personal information.
When you enter your personal information on our websites, we use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to protect your information as it is transmitted to us. To make sure you are accessing our secure server before you submit personal financial information, look at the lower left-hand corner of your browser. If you see an unbroken key or a closed lock (depending upon your browser), then SSL is active. To double-check for security, look at the URL or Location line of your browser. If you have accessed a secure server, the first characters of the address in that line should change from "http" to "https."

What are the ornaments made out of?
All of our ornaments beginning in “OR” and “KA” are made from a polyresin material. Ornaments beginning with “DC” are made from clay. The glass ball ornaments are made of glass obviously. Most ornaments have a grosgrain ribbon at the top. All ornaments are hand-painted in factories overseas (non-lead paint).
Do they require any special storage?
No. They will store very nicely alongside the rest of your holiday decorations.
How much can be personalized on an ornament?
We can accommodate almost any request. We will email you promptly if we cannot complete the personalization as directed.
What do people usually have personalized on their ornaments?
Names, the year, Merry Christmas are by far the most popular ways to have the ornaments personalized. Baby’s First ornaments are often personalized with the baby’s birth details such as D.O.B., birth weight, birth length. Event ornaments such as wedding, anniversary, and graduation ornaments are often personalized with Congrats, Congratulations, or Way To Go! Teacher ornaments are often personalized with the teacher’s name, but we suggest it’s more important to put your child’s name on the front. Otherwise, it will be very difficult for the teacher to remember which amazing student gave her/him the beautiful keepsake.
What if I receive my order and notice that one of the names is misspelled?
Generally, we will not make a big production out of single ornament errors. If you are a non-US customer and shipping become cost prohibitive, we may ask that you bear some burden, but it depends on the situation. Or if there are consistent errors from a customer, we may have to do something that is fair for both parties. We do urge customers to check and double check all spelling before hitting the “submit” button on the order form.
What about the back of the ornament? Can this area be personalized?
Sometimes. It varies from ornament to ornament. Email us with your request and we’ll let you know if we can accommodate your request.
Do you offer discounts on large orders?
Yes. You might be better opening a wholesale account. Call us at +1 (440) 239-1885 x104 and we can discuss. But keep in mind that all ornaments ordered via wholesale must be ordered by the dozen (in unit count). Be sure to take advantage of our special sales promotions on our site for discounts on large orders but less than wholesale.
Do you offer wholesale?

Orders are shipped within 1 to 4 business days and only after full payment has been received.
Shipping charges will be added to your total when you place your order. You will have the opportunity to select your preferred shipping method in the final Check-Out screen. All orders are shipped from Ohio.
Domestic U.S. Orders over $30 will ship for FREE. We use USPS First Class service for all shipments under 13 oz, and USPS Priority Service for all shipments weighing over 13 oz.
Canadian Orders over $100 will ship for FREE. We use USPS First Class international. For Canadian orders below $100, please refer to the chart below.

Time in Transit
Most shipments are delivered within 7 days of when the order was placed with us. Tracking links will be sent to all customers who provide an email address when completing their order. Simply click on the link to track your order.
We use Shopify Payments for payment processing. We accept Visa, MC, Amex, and Discover cards. We also happily accept Paypal.
UPS 2-Day Air
If you choose to have your shipment delivered via UPS 2-Day Air, your shipping charge will be based on the total of your order. All orders ship from Ohio. You must allow up from one to four days from the time you place your order before it will ship out.

UPS Next-Day Air
Orders placed before 5pm Eastern Standard Time will ship the next business day and will be delivered on the following business day. For example, if you place an order at noon on Thursday, your order will be shipped out on Friday and be delivered to you on Monday. If you choose to have your shipment delivered via UPS Next-Day Air, your shipping charge will be based on the total of your order. The price breakdown is as follows:

We do not offer express services for international deliveries.
